About this experience
In this treatment, Hot Stones compliment the therapeutic treatment of a Remedial Massage. This massage technique uses a combination of different deep tissue techniques to release muscle tension and improve blood and nerve supply to muscles. Warmth from the stones assists to relax the muscles to soothe tension.
Remedial massage is recommended to be used as a maintenance treatment to prevent acute muscle fatigue and related discomfort. If existing injuries are your concern, talk to your massage therapist and they can tailor your treatment to suit your needs.
