Rolled Oat Porridge with Raisins

Ingredients:


• 3/4 cup rolled oats
• 1 1/2 cups water for soaking
• 1/2 cup soy or cows milk
• handful of raisins
• Pinch cinnamon
• Honey to taste

Method:


Place oats and raisins in one and half cups of water, cover and soak overnight.

Put undrained oats in medium saucepan, stirring until mixture comes to the boil. Add milk and simmer uncovered until desired consitency is achieved. (Some like their porridge wetter than others)

Serve with drizzle of honey and sprinkle of cinnamon
