Baked Figs With Honey and Ricotta

• 6 Ripe figs
• 250 ml firm ricotta
• tablespoon good vanilla yoghurt
• Vanilla extract
• Good honey
• Toasted almond flakes


Put figs in a baking dish which has been lightly buttered, and into a preheated moderate oven for 15 - 20 mins or until soft.

In the meantime combine in a bowl the ricotta, yoghurt, vanilla extract, tablespoon honey. Beat until smooth.

Once the figs are cooked, split in 2 and serve on top of ricotta mixture.

Drizzle with a little more honey and sprinkle with almond flakes.
